By submitting payment to Love Dipaways, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms.
1️⃣ Agency Role
Love Dipaways acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, excursion providers, and transportation companies.
We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, service failures, pricing changes, schedule changes, or insolvency.
All bookings are subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions in addition to Love Dipaways policies.
2️⃣ What’s Included / What’s Not Included
Only the items specifically listed on your booking invoice or trip description are included in your package.

Examples of commonly excluded items (unless otherwise stated):
• Airfare
• Travel insurance
• Gratuities
• Shore excursions
• Meals not listed
• Airport transfers
• Personal expenses
• Baggage fees
• Visa fees
• Optional add-ons
Clients are responsible for reviewing their invoice carefully prior to final payment.
3️⃣ Deposits, Payments & Pricing
• A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking unless stated otherwise on booking page.
• All prices are subject to change until secured with payment.
• Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced.
• Failure to submit payment by the final due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
• A valid credit card must be kept on file.
• A signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required for all bookings and must be submitted prior to payment processing.
Love Dipaways is not responsible for pricing errors made by suppliers prior to deposit.
4️⃣ Professional Service Fees
Love Dipaways charges professional planning and management fees for:
• Research & custom itinerary design
• Supplier coordination
• Booking management
• Payment tracking
• Group coordination
• Travel document reminders
• On-trip support
All service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation reason.
5️⃣ Cancellations & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by clicking here with your reservation number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please contact us via email to ensure your information was received.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds (if permitted) are subject to supplier rules.
• Supplier penalties may apply.
• Refund processing times may take 7–90 business days depending on the vendor.
• Love Dipaways service fees remain non-refundable.
If no refund is provided by the supplier, Love Dipaways cannot override their policy.
6️⃣ Travel Protection (Strongly Recommended)
If you don't already have a Travel Insurance plan, you must purchase Travel Insurance or, at the very least, the supplier’s travel protection plan. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against:
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Delays
• Lost baggage
• Supplier default
• Emergency evacuation
📍If you choose to decline coverage, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses and you are required to sign this Waiver of Protection releasing Love Dipaways from all liability.
Let us be clear: we do NOT recommend declining travel protection—doing so is against our wishes and best advice.
7️⃣ Group Travel Minimum Clause
Certain group trips require a minimum number of travelers.
8️⃣ Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for:
• Valid passport (typically valid 6 months beyond return date)
• Visas
• REAL ID compliance
• Vaccinations
• Entry requirements
• Health documentation
Love Dipaways is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper or missing documentation.
9️⃣ Supplier Changes & Itinerary Modifications
Travel suppliers may make changes without prior notice, including:
• Flight schedule adjustments
• Port substitutions
• Hotel changes
• Equipment changes
• Weather-related rerouting
Love Dipaways is not liable for these changes but will assist with resolution when possible.
🔟 Force Majeure
Love Dipaways is not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to:
• Weather disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Strikes
• Acts of terrorism
• Supplier bankruptcy
No refunds are guaranteed under force majeure unless provided by the supplier.
1️⃣1️⃣ Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward suppliers, hosts, and fellow travelers.
Failure to comply with conduct standards may result in removal from a group experience without refund.
1️⃣2️⃣ Photography & Marketing
Love Dipaways may use photos or videos from group trips for promotional purposes unless written objection is submitted prior to travel.
1️⃣3️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Love Dipaways shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Missed flights
• Delays
• Supplier negligence
• Financial loss
• Emotional distress
• Acts of third parties
By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel. 🔐
1️⃣4️⃣ Chargeback Protection & Payment Dispute Policy
By submitting payment to Love Dipaways, you expressly agree that:
• You authorize Love Dipaways to charge your card for agreed-upon travel services.
• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Love Dipaways in writing to seek resolution.
• You acknowledge that travel services may be non-refundable under supplier terms.
If a chargeback is initiated without valid cause:
• You will be responsible for any associated merchant processing fees, dispute fees, and administrative costs.
• Love Dipaways reserves the right to submit all signed agreements, invoices, communication records, and authorization forms to the financial institution to dispute the chargeback.
• Love Dipaways reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, including legal remedies where permitted by law.
Submitting payment constitutes acknowledgment that services have been rendered or contractually secured on your behalf. ⚖
1️⃣5️⃣ No-Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration
By booking with Love Dipaways, you agree that:
• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your booking shall first be submitted in writing to Love Dipaways for resolution.
• If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Indiana, under applicable state law.
• Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
You further agree:
• To waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against Love Dipaways.
• To waive the right to trial by jury.
• That arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for disputes.
This clause survives cancellation of booking
