To secure your space in the group, the following payment schedule applies:

Placeholder Fee:
$50 per person
Due by: April 25, 2026

This fee holds your spot in the group until the deposit is due unless cancelled within 7 days from booking.

Cabin Deposit:
$200 per person
Due by June 1, 2026

This fee secures your cabin.

Final Payment Due by Sept 25, 2026

Flexible payments may be made between deposit and final payment.

Standard Cancellation Penalties (Days Prior to Departure)

• 7-Day Grace Period: If you cancel within 7 days of booking (and are at least 120+ days from sailing), you receive a full refund excluding Love Dipaways placeholder fee.
• 120+ Days Before Sailing: After the 7-day grace period, the deposit converts to a Future Voyage Credit (FVC), but other payments are refunded.
• 119–45 Days Before Sailing:

   All payments are converted to an FVC, or you may choose to change your sailing date.

• 44 Days or Less Before Sailing: The booking is non-refundable, and no changes are permitted.
